My name is Aaron Millon and I am the captain and owner of the Sea What Happens, the 22’ Grady White Center Console you will be on when you book with us. Most of my boating experience took place on the ice-cold waters of Penobscot Bay in Maine. I’m excited to be fishing and exploring the warm, deep waters of western Puerto Rico, and bringing people on charters to do the same. I’ve worked as a cook, chef, and restaurant owner for many years and, taking a specific passion for saltwater areas, my wife and I had the opportunity to switch gears and move to this enchanted island in 2022. Hence was born Insurgent Cuisine and Fishing Charters.
The ocean is a big part of the sense of well-being in my life. I am received my OUVP/Six-Pack Captain's License in February 2024 and have learned more about water, captaining a vessel, and fishing in the last 2 years than in the previous 48 years of my life. I'm excited to show you around these waters and experience some tight lines!
